A true kindred spirit at heart, I love books, bonnets, and ball gowns! My books are written for nostalgic readers of all ages who love timeless classic books and quality time spent with Jesus!

“Kindred spirits are not so scarce as I used to think. It’s splendid to find out there are so many of them in the world.”

All Things Lovely

Whether I’m cuddled up with a good book or a funny rom-com, working in my kitchen or garden, or deep in conversation with my family or friends, I aim to make every moment lovely. An old-fashioned girl at heart, I enjoy homemaking, old books, and meeting new friends who share the same desire to bring beauty and holiness to everyday moments. I’m so glad you’re here!

Slow living

old souls, young Hearts

We’re never too old (or too young) for classic tales that nourish our souls and capture our imaginations. But sometimes we lose that spark and must reclaim it and rediscover it as adults. Take time to savor the moment, linger over conversation, and slow the hustle-bustle. Give God space to speak to you and refresh your soul!
